Apple unveiled OS X 10.11 at its Worldwide Developers Conference on 8 of June,The new OS X is named “El Capitan” which is quite similar with OS X Yosemite only Few modification and little GUI is added but as you know its Developer Preview like Apple’s last releases so Only Developers are able to download a preview version of OS X El Capitan,According to WWDC a public beta will be available on this July and the final release will be on Fall of 2015,On this Tutorial help you to install OS X 10.11 Cl Capitan Hackintosh.
Important Boot Flags For OS X 10.11 EL Capitan
kext-dev-mode=1
rootless=0
This are two basic and very important boot flag which allow you to reach the installation processes and the user creation process so use those flags for less trouble
Quick Note:=Always Boot with “Cache” because if you boot with “without cache” then OS X Installer will boot from kernel instead so perhaps you get error like Can’t Find Kernel
HP User
Well hp use must need LAPIC kernel which allows to run all cores of there CPU so i will provide the download link for LAPIC Kernel ,One more think i would tell you that if you are booting with LAPIC Kernel then kindly boot with “Without Cache” so Installer will boot from LAPIC Kernel and you will not get Kernel Panic Related to Local ACPI

Requirements for making USB Installer are similar to Yosemite
USB Flash drive at least 8 GB
Install OS X 10.11 Developer Beta
Clover Boot Loader Latest 3215 i have tested with 3156
Voodoops2Controller.Kext and FakeSMC.kext
Pre-Installation
Installer USB Creation
1.Open Disk Utility and Format your USB Flash Drive as MBR Partition Scheme with Mac OS X Extended Journaled
2.Then Mount InstallESD.dmg from your 10.11 El Capitan image from /Application/OS X El Capitan.App/Contents/Shared Support/InstallESD.dmg)
3.Then mount BaseSystem.dmg by using this terminal commands
open /Volumes/OS X Install ESD/BaseSystem.dmg
4.Using disk utility Restore “OS X Base System” to your USB Flash Drive
5.Then Navigate to USB drive/System/Installation & Delete the “Packages” Alias then copy the “Packages” folder from “OS X Install ESD” to this location
6.Copy BaseSystem.chunklist ,Payloads and BaseSystem.dmg from InstallESD.dmg to USB
7. Install Clover Boot Loader
8. Navigate to USB/EFI/CLOVER/ and replace default config.plist with your custom config.plist or try using my plist select it according to you config
9. Navigate to USB/EFI/CLOVER/kexts/ and create a folder called 10.11
12. (Optional) Navigate to USB/EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched / and add DSDT.aml and SSDT.aml
13.And Install the OS X
Post Installation
Once you successfully install OS X El Capitan,I assume you reach the desktop after first reboot then install clover boot loader on ESP only if you want to install Boot loader in EFI partition or you can install
without checking ESP.
Download Config.plist edited by me (simply add “rootless=0” after replacing )

Note:- This is OS X 10.11 El Capitan Hackintosh guide for any custom build system,And one more thing every time you have boot with “rootless=0”, if you are using patched kext then also you have to use “kext-dev-mode=1” flag like we use in OS X Yosemite
