- Open iMessage and click on any existing chat
- On the Menu Bar, click Edit > Spelling and Grammar.
- Uncheck “Check Spelling While Typing”.
- Uncheck “Correct Spelling Automatically”

Turn off auto spell check Entirely in System Preferences
- Click the Apple icon and select System Preferences.
